ODI is committed to ensuring top-tier ventricular assist device or mechanical circulatory support (VAD/MCS) for all patients, and empowers clinicians to remotely monitor patients through our INR/vital signs portal app for more precise diagnostic and/or medical intervention.

The FDA recommends strict and vigilant monitoring of implanted VAD patients’ blood pressure and INR. Even after patients have left healthcare facilities, it’s crucial clinicians can access reported data from their patients. ODI helps clinicians follow FDA guidelines by offering simple, reliable ways to keep track of INR levels and blood pressure in patients. Through ODI’s INRTrac Portal, clinicians can monitor their patients while they are at home.

Powered by VADTrac, the INRTrac portal is designed to connect a patient at home with their healthcare provider. As a CMS accredited IDTF (Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility), ODI offers a comprehensive package of INR & remote monitoring products:

  • Bluetooth INR provides out-of-range alerts and reporting
  • Bluetooth blood pressure, weight, temperature and pulse ox
  • Pump parameter logs
  • Driveline site oversight to help reduce possible infections
  • Dressing change dates to keep compliance with MCS standards
  • Interactive software for reports and data analysis
  • Secure and accessible patient/client portals for clinicians and coumadin clinics

To keep pace with the rapidly evolving landscape of medical care and technology, ODI has designed its suite of tools to be as adaptable as the healthcare providers they support—able to grow and evolve with practices of all sizes and patient volumes. The Clinician’s portal’s data reporting allows clinicians to spend more time with patients, and better monitor their patient’s wellness data for timely intervention and more favorable patient outcomes. Because ODI requires no contract, health care providers are given the flexibility to treat their patients based on their individual needs. Because ODI requires no contract, healthcare providers are given the flexibility to treat their patients based on their individuals needs.

Licensed clinicians partnered with ODI can access the clinician portal by visiting ODI’s website under the For Clinicians tab. The portal not only enhances patient care, but also equips clinicians with effective patient management tools. It offers the necessary traceability for MCS equipment, driveline supplies, preventative maintenance, and INR/remote monitoring history.
