INSURANCE COVERAGE

With over 400 pricing agreements and preferred vendor status with Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, and Optum (United Healthcare). LVAD/MCS patients across the country have access to ODI’s unique offering.


BENEFIT CHECKS

ODI’s authorization department does a pre-benefit check for all referrals to confirm insurance coverage and potential out of pocket costs.


DIAGNOSTIC TEAM

ODI’s clinical Diagnostic team will help train self-testers, set up INRTrac, and relay test results to overseeing clinicians.

Real-time portal for both the patient and clinician to track and oversee ODI’s Bluetooth suite of INR and vitals monitoring.


PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

ODI offers at-home preventative maintenance & health checks by a licensed clinician for both HVAD and HeartMate patients

Complete MCS Management system to track order history, sku numbers, expiration dates, and preventative maintenance reports.

ODI houses more than 100+ customizable driveline kits in its on-site warehouse. Together with 400+ insurance pricing agreements and our dedicated account management team, ODI’s network becomes an extension of your LVAD clinic and has allowed 6,500 patients to get the supplies they need when they need it.

With frequent INR patient self-testing, you can take control of your health from the comfort of home. Self-testing helps you keep your blood’s clotting ability in a healthy range. In a healthy range, you have a reduced risk for a stroke or other serious health conditions.

Our INR patient self-testing, along with other vitals, analytics, and monitoring service help you spend more time in your healthy therapeutic range and less time at the doctor’s office. With training and ongoing support, we help patients manage their anticoagulation medications.



Your Self-Testing Partner


Our certified trainers provide supportive, face-to-face training at your home or doctor’s office. You can always rely on us to answer any questions you have about your testing equipment, reporting test results and other self-testing topics.

As a patient self-tester, you have the freedom and flexibility to manage your anticoagulation therapy whenever and wherever you are. Once you have completed a test, you’ll log in to our easy-to-use patient portal to record your results. We send the results to your physician, who can review them and make changes to your blood thinner dosage if necessary.
